Call Center Interface

Call center users logon to the system the same as other members. However, upon logging into the system they are presented with a call center interface / call script to help families locate missing family members.

Call center users logon the the application and there are a series of steps/scripts to follow.

Search Criteria to Return a Match

  1. Patient Name + 1 additional criteria
  2. Patient name is not a match/missplelled, then user must provide 4 matching criteria

Search Criteria

  1. First and last name (start page)
  2. Birth month and year
  3. Race
  4. Height (within 4 inches) and weight (within 20 pounds)
  5. Eye color
  6. Distinguishing Marks
  7. SSN - last 4 digits

Deceased Patients

If the search results happen to return 1 or more match that contain a deceased patient, the final page will display text for the call center user letting the caller know that more time and information is needed to determine a match and that someone will follow up with with them. There will also be displayed additional steps for the call center user to take regarding notifying the OCME.
